Studies show that just 10 minutes of meditation per day can reduce stress, pain, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and heart disease and increase focus, clarity, creativity, compassion, and life purpose… just to name a few things. Why 10 minutes? Because 10 is better than 0 and everyone has 10 minutes to spare!

Nov 18 - Nov 27, 2018

Meditate for 10 days in a row starting Nov 18th. This will be your launching pad to start your new daily meditation practice.

The 10 Day Meditation Challenge is an annual fundraiser to support Three Jewels. Three Jewels is a 501(c)3 non-profit that serves over 5,000 students per year, offers more than 50 classes per week, and provides services to the city and internationally by giving free meditation and yoga classes to homeless families, trauma-sensitive care to refugees, and much more. 

For over 22 years, Three Jewels has been the heart of New York for the practice and philosophy of meditation, yoga, and Buddhism.
