Benefit Class for Momtaz Yoga Center

This class will incorporate live music, meditation and yoga taught by Emily Shanny to benefit the work of Momtaz Yoga Center in Kabul. Fakhria Momtaz, the founder, started this studio as a movement to integrate yoga into the daily lives of those living in Kabul. She has been actively working on developing a mobile application which will teach yoga and communicate with current and future students in their local dialect. This app and studio provide a safe space for learning about yoga and meditation.

Sunday March 24 | 12:15 - 1:30PM

Suggested donation of $20 or more. The proceeds from the class will go towards her work and the studio.
