Individually, you will be taught a routine of postures and their proper execution based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga of K.P. Jois, which is open to expansion with research into Krisnhamacharya's Vinyasa Krama and the works of other yoga masters. Ultimately, instruction strives to be as close to K.P. Jois' style as possible.
Schedule Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri 6-10 am RSVP for a chosen time (any time between 6 - 10am). Beginners please allow 30 minutes for your first practice.
