Allison Joy and Sierra Alea will offer a deeply relaxing restorative practice with healing sounds, aromatherapy and massage elements. Guests will take home a goody bag of custom blended essential oils to continue their multi-sensory relaxation practice at home.
The theme will be on dana and generosity, starting from a place of abundance within.

Allison Joy Phillips is the Director of Yoga at Three Jewels NYC, where she teaches Vinyasa, Restorative and Basics yoga, breathwork and meditation.
Aiming to heal through complete sensory experience, Allison Joy’s yoga classes include informed alignment instruction, careful attention to breath and skillful engagement of the subtle body and mind. Music is a pivotal part of her instruction with carefully crafted playlists meant to guide practitioners through a revealing internal journey.
Allison Joy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Sarva Yoga Academy at Go Yoga, the first Vinyasa yoga studio in Williamsburg. She is a graduate of Solid Ground 108-hour Meditation Teacher Training at Three Jewels NYC. She teaches corporate meditation and yoga for the financial services industry. She spent several months serving and learning with the yoga community at Swan River Yoga in New Orleans and has completed additional coursework studying ancient texts, yoga therapy, postural alignment, spinal health, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra meditation and aromatherapy.
Sierra is a 500 RYT yoga teacher. She received her training at YogaWorks in NYC. Her passion lies in exploring movement and breath within her body, while cultivating connectedness within her community.
Sierra's focus is to create space in areas of the body that are stiff while promoting strength and ease. Her classes are playful in exploration and kind to the body with a heavy emphasis on alignment.
