A mindfulness workshop for people who deal with anxiety -- a.k.a. everyone. We'll start by trying a simple, effective meditation technique. We'll then explore strategies for using mindfulness and meditation to work more skillfully with anxiety so that it's less of a problem in our lives. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, individual sharing, and group support.

Jon Krop is a Harvard-educated lawyer, meditation teacher, and founder of Mindfulness for Lawyers. He has taught mindfulness at Harvard, Yale, the Pentagon, the world’s top law firms, Fortune 100 companies, and other organizations.
Jon has practiced mindfulness for over a decade and has studied with teachers from around the world. In 2014, he completed a seven-month, silent meditation retreat with Culadasa, a meditation master and neuroscientist whose 2015 book, The Mind Illuminated, the meditation community has hailed as a landmark work.
