**THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED**

(sorry for any inconvenience, we hope to reschedule in the near future)

Everything is vibration. Sound, together with caring intention, has the power to transform on physical, mental, emotional, and psychic levels. Set your intention, feel the support, and let go into the sound. Join Noga Shefi and Samer Ghadry for this special experience combining yoga, meditation and sound.

Beginning with simple movement and breath work, Noga will guide the participants through a flow of movement leading to restorative poses and a period of relaxation absorbed in sound. Samer and Noga will share a unique combination of musical instruments (Bells, Gong, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, percussion instruments and more) together with live voices, to create a vibrational experience that goes beyond words and has the potential to aid in healing and invoke our capacity of deep listening and insight.

By awakening and balancing our energy through yoga and meditation and allowing the body to be bathed in healing sound vibrations, we have the opportunity to connect with a deeper sense of stillness, tranquility, joy and radiance which opens us up to higher states of consciousness and allows for healing and growth.

Noga Shefi is a Brooklyn based musician and yogi. While performing as a bass player is her main job, Noga has been deeply immersed in the study of yoga and meditation through the Tibetan Buddhist lens and other yoga traditions. Aside from a degree in music from Berklee College of Music, she was also trained and certified as a teacher of Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and meditation. Exploring ways to connect the inner spiritual world with the outer world of sound led her to combine her skills and create this workshop
