This 6-class yoga series is designed for students to begin or deepen their yoga practice.

This series is particularly appropriate for new students who want to begin a yoga practice as well as those who have attended open-level classes but haven’t yet had the benefit of detailed practice with alignment, technique, and principles. Members who regularly attend meditation and dharma classes will find this series aligns with their current practice and embodies it through yoga asana.

Each class focuses on foundational yogic instruction and a portion of each class will include dharma, breathwork, and meditation in addition to the physical asana practice. Students are encouraged to take all 6 classes, which altogether will prepare them to walk confidently into any open-level yoga class. These classes can also be taken on an individual drop-in basis or in any order.
