Inner Alchemy Retreat

A Silent Retreat in Costa Rica

for Purification and Transformation

June 8 - June 15, 2024
with Hector Marcel & Rachel Webb

This retreat is for you if you’re looking for a change. The Buddhist path teaches us how to turn problems, negative patterns, and fears into superpowers. This is the process of purification and transformation. On this retreat you will learn a powerful practice called Vajrasattva purification practice and visualization to begin to shift your perception of negative patterns and ultimately transform them into tools for you to use to develop love, wisdom and joy.

For those who have tried the PURIFY meditation with us at Three Jewels, this retreat is a deep dive into that practice, with the supportive addition of mantra, and asana- including Lady Niguma’s ancient yoga sequence.

This retreat is appropriate for beginners, but will also provide depth and richness to students who have studied at Three Jewels or elsewhere.

About Blue Osa Retreat & Spa:

Blue Osa Yoga Retreat & Spa is a tropical oasis off the beaten path designed to nurture your personal transformation. The lush jungle gives way to a secluded beach, perfect for quiet contemplation and losing oneself in nature. Each corner of the retreat—from the gardens to the lap pool to the yoga shala—has been intentionally designed to provide a clean, beautiful sanctuary for self-discovery and stillness.

Silence:

The majority of the week will be in silence to allow the mind to settle and go deeper into meditation.

About Chakra Yoga:

Chakra Yoga is a series of poses, breathwork and meditations that work directly with the subtle energy in the body to change the mental state. It is a thousand year old practice and is credited to the first recorded female yogi in history, Lady Niguma. The text for this practice was discovered in Russia and translated for the first time to English in the 1990’s and adapted to an asana practice that is accessible to beginners and advanced yogis alike.

Food:

Blue Osa offers a nutritious farm-to-table dining experience, sourcing local produce and the freshest ingredients possible with which to craft their vegetarian meals. Much of the food and produce is harvested daily from their organic garden!
