This month-long training covers the four forces of purification and how to incorporate them into your meditation practice. The four forces of purification target problems at their source, and when practiced regularly dislodge problematic thoughts, memories, behaviors, and traits and allow their energy to be utilized on the path to Enlightenment to increase compassion, joy and insight.

Nothing in this program supplements the foundation provided in the 200-hour certification program.

Upon graduation students will submit a professional quality video or audio recording of the meditation.
