Lady Niguma’s Yoga Immersion

30 HOUR IMMERSION

APRIL 16, 17-18; APRIL 30, MAY 1-2; MAY 7, 8-9

NOTE: if you cannot make all of these dates, you can still register for the immersion. Recordings of the immersion will be available and emailed to all registrants.

THIS IMMERSION INCLUDES, nine practice sessions and six 2.5 hour lectures on philosophy, anatomy & history of Lady Niguma

1,000 years ago there was a famous and mysterious female yogini named Niguma. She met and was married to one of the most renowned yogis of our time and theirs: Naropa. Despite Indian convention at the time, Lady Niguma learned and practiced Buddhist philosophy as a teen, mastered the advanced yogic studies, and was known for teaching women. She taught a special asana series and practice that unwinds the knots in the subtle body, balances the emotions and trains the mind to enter higher states of consciousness. Join Teacher Trainer Rachel Webb to learn Niguma’s story, how the asana poses affect the body, and to practice the sequence yourself.
