A *$500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit may be placed in lieu of fully booking a room, and you must indicate your room preference in the checkout notes. This deposit does not guarantee that you will receive the requested room, only that you will have a spot on this retreat so long as their balance is paid in full no later than February 1st. Room preferences are not considered secured until then. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once placed.
