ABOUT YISEL Yisel (she/her) is an artist and cheerleader living in Brooklyn, NY. Her work explores the textures of felt experiences and different ways of returning to her biggest intention. She creates paintings, poetry, sculpture, and performance, and shares them with the people around her, all with the wish of helping people in their dance with life. When she isn’t making her own work, she is an instructor and studio assistant at the Barnard College Design Center and a student at Three Jewels.
