SLEEP & DREAM YOGA RETREAT IN MEXICO
Dream yoga is a profound spiritual practice found in Tibetan Buddhism. Part of a series of advanced meditative practices, dream yoga focuses on using the dream state as a path to self-realization and liberation. By recognizing and working with the dream state, practitioners develop insight into the nature of reality and gain a deep understanding of its illusory nature. Dream yoga serves as both a spiritual discipline and a profound tool for self discovery, offering timeless insights applicable to contemporary seekers of meaningful spiritual and psychological growth.
We’ll use the techniques shared in this silent retreat to access the deep currents of our subconscious and redirect those “tough-to-move” subtexts in our lives. Expect to engage with frequent naps, yoga nidra, journaling, dream interpretation, and several days of silence. Seasoned retreatants and beginners alike will both benefit from this retreat.
