This course covers the Lam Rim, which is learning the path from being a human to achieving Enlightenment. Course content will include:

how to find a spiritual teacher,

the advantages of being human (and disadvantages),

learning how to think about death and impermanence as a skill, and how they contribute to joy,

other realms and the classic Bhavachakra teaching: the 12 links of dependent origination— meaning, the 12 steps our mind moves through, from thought to creating our reality.

You will learn Buddhist wisdom teachings on emptiness and dependent origination, the laws of karma, and what enlightenment actually is.
