Hector Marcel has trained in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy & meditation since 1996, and has been integrating Eastern methods into organizational change techniques and preventative mental health and wellness coaching since 1998.
Hector consults from his base in New York City to international clients, helping maximize the untapped potential in people & organizations. He delivers powerful team workshops & keynotes on performance, service, and culture. Rachel Webb
Rachel Webb is Co-Executive Director of Three Jewels NYC, a 501c3 nonprofit Enlightenment Studio that specializes in the preservation and dissemination of authentic Buddhist teachings in a modern and approachable way. Rachel has trained simultaneously in yoga and mental health services for the past decade.
Rachel completed her certification in 18 Buddhist Sutra courses in 2019 with the Asian Classics Institute. She has over 6 years of experience working with people diagnosed with serious mental illness assisting them in achieving wellness goals. She has taught meditation and Buddhist dharma for the past decade and yoga for the past 7 years.

Sachi Pettit
Sachi Pettit is Co-Executive Director of Three Jewels and a Yoga, Meditation, and Dharma Teacher. Sachi has spent the past decade exploring the power of yoga and meditation to turn obstacles into opportunities. She’s seen the results of using these anicent tools to transform everything—from her corporate consulting career to her closest relationships. In her classes, she invites students to challenge their self-limiting beliefs through a sense of play, insight, and devotion to their own infinite potential. Sachi’s greatest joy is mentoring up-and-coming teachers and witnessing them step into their power to become guides for others.

Supriya Jain
Supriya is a strategist at an edtech startup, and discovered Three Jewels in New York City on a lunch break. She has since become a daily meditator, curious yogini, and dedicated dharma practitioner. Supriya has 400 hours of meditation and yoga teacher training with Three Jewels. She has also completed a rigorous study of the 18 ACI Foundation Courses as offered by the Asian Classic Institute and received certification as a teacher. Her motivation is to help others find the discipline and depthless joy of a spiritual practice that delivers extraordinary results. She is indebted to Three Jewels for revealing her teachers to her.

John-Chris Record
At an early age, John-Chris was drawn to Theology and the lives of saints, as well as unexplained phenomena, but eventually became disillusioned with religion. Later experiences with the practice of meditation, yoga asana and the study of dharma revived his dormant thirst for Truth, and he picked up where he left off all those years ago. In 2021, he completed his study of the 18 Foundational Buddhist Courses through the Asian Classics Institute. John-Chris is a graduate of the Meditation Teacher Training at Three Jewels, as well as the Meditation Mentorship. Born in New Jersey, John-Chris is of Peruvian descent. An attorney by profession, he strives to practice law with compassion, in service of others.
