We’ve been doing this for 30 years. This year, we upgraded our curriculum to provide an immersive eight-week transformative deep-dive into authentic wellness practices from Ancient Tibet and India.

Our Story

Core Curriculum

01. Physical Health

Any teacher must first be a practitioner. Learn how to manage your diet, exercise, sleep, and posture to develop a deep and profound meditation practice and enrich your spiritual life.

04. Authentic Tradition

Authentic Tibetan Buddhist transmissions with modern applications are Three Jewels’ specialty. Students will learn traditional meditation instructions and practices, in addition to traditional advices and texts on the path to Enlightenment in the Gelugpa lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.

02. Mental Health & Relationships

Good practice creates and supports relationship healing and growth, as well as resilience and joy. Learn how to manage difficult life transitions and difficult people with grace, without letting it dim your joy.

05. Career & Culture Integration

Trainees learn how to share their meditation practice in a relatable way. They will learn from industry experts: how to succeed in the wellness industry, utilizing social media as a tool, how to integrate their practice into any career, and how to deliver a public speech. The training culminates when trainees deliver short speeches about meditation.

03. Immersive Practice

Trainees practice meditation and yoga daily. On the weekends, expert instructors will guide yoga and meditation practice. The training culminates in a half-day silent retreat.

Meet Last Year’s Trainees

Each year trainees prepare and deliver a short Ted Talk-style “Med Talk” to talk about the power of meditation based on their experience in training and their experience in life.

They’re often extremely powerful, and extremely personal. We’ve got 9 years of them archived on YouTube.
