Seeds for Happiness: A 3-hour Play for Kid’s to Learn and Shine
While parents explore practices to support family well-being, children will enjoy their own engaging session designed to nurture creativity, focus, and kindness. Through guided play, movement, and stories, kids will learn about the idea of “seeds” (karma)—how small actions can grow into positive habits and joyful connections.

Children will leave with simple, meaningful tools they can use every day—helping them grow their own “seeds of happiness” at home and beyond.
