Chakra Yoga Weekend Retreat in Paris
Just one hour outside of Paris, come escape to the French countryside of Chalo Saint Mars for a 3-night, 4-day yoga weekend immersion at La Source, a serene sanctuary nestled among gentle hills, quiet forests, and centuries-old stone charm. This yoga retreat is a deep dive into the philosophy, energetics, and lineage roots that shape an authentic yoga path in the Tibetan Buddhist system.
Each morning begins with an extended practice session that includes meditation, pranayama, philosophy talk, and yoga. Afternoons expand the learning with Lady Niguma’s Yoga that weaves together subtle body philosophy, energetic mapping, and experiential practice. Between sessions, you’ll have time to rest, integrate, and explore the peaceful beauty of La Source’s gardens, pool, and quiet corners. This immersive weekend is open to all levels. This is not a silent retreat.
