TOTAL PURITY RETREAT IN MALLORCA

Learn how to transform negative patterns, fears, and addictive states of mind. Total Purity is an advanced meditative practice from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition that invites students to create a concept of a totally pure state of mind and use that as a powerful tool to relieve inner suffering. Expect to engage with tools like visualization, mantra, and silence. Seasoned retreatants and beginners alike will both benefit from this retreat.

Where You’ll Be:

Mallorca is the crown jewel of the Balearic Islands. It’s a place where the Mediterranean reveals its most refined and radiant self. It’s an island of contrasts and enchantments: honey-colored stone villages perched atop dramatic cliffs, turquoise coves hidden between sculpted limestone, ancient monasteries overlooking terraced olive groves, and markets infused with centuries of Spanish, Moorish, and Catalan influence. Here, time slows, the senses sharpen, and the island’s effortless elegance leaves an imprint on everyone who visits.

Sanau Retreat Center embodies this Mallorcan magic. Tucked away in a quiet pocket of the island, Sanau is a thoughtfully designed sanctuary where contemporary minimalism meets Mediterranean warmth. With a shimmering pools, serene lounges, and exquisitely crafted indoor and outdoor practice spaces, the property balances luxury with intimacy. Surrounded by whispering palms and native flora, Sanau offers a tranquil, expansive setting where retreatants naturally drop into spaciousness, presence, and the quiet brilliance of Mediterranean living.
