Fierce Joy Masterclass

This world doesn't always make it easy to be optimistic or joyful, because there's so much to regret, to judge or to be afraid of— even within our own minds. But Tibetan Buddhism teaches that our experiences originate in our own mental habits: letting anxiety run wild, focusing on the negatives, criticizing ourselves, gossiping about others doesn't just affect our mood— it creates a lackluster and heartbreaking world, when we could be in love with everything.

Learn how to hold fierce hope, and wild joy in the face of even difficult situations by repatterning the mind using ancient meditation techniques and rituals. Practice these techniques for 4 weeks, and build a firm foundation for hope to unfurl and joy to reign.

We will cover: how to transform a negative situation into a positive one using LO JONG techniques, traditional gratitude meditations, and TAR TUK, a technique of actively reflecting on positive habits.

Includes:

Morning Practice
