Learn How to Love by Pretending to

with Roy Najjar

Love isn't something that comes naturally in most cases, but that's what Tibetan Buddhism is for. It's basically a way to train your mind to love everyone and everything. The key is intelligent pretend. Using contemplation, meditation and the application of a radical perspective on love, you'll learn how to play pretend until it's actually true that you are able to love every single person you meet as though they're your best friend.

Join us afterwards for an hour of mocktails.

All SUMMER OF LOVE SUMMER FRIDAYS are donation-based and support Meditation Teacher Training Scholarships.
