This simple act trains the mind in TAR TUK, the practice of rejoicing as a shared, lived experience. Bliss Meditation is a precise method for increasing the state of joy until it’s so present, so natural, that even your old patterns can’t drown it out. You’ll leave with a sense that joy is not only possible, it’s trainable.
